On tap @Barley Wine (Rome). Oro, lievemente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta tropicale, mango, passionfruit, arancia, ananas. In bocca è mirabilmente equilibrata, attacco maltato dolce con finale amaro medio-leggero, secca e pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Freschissima, buonissima.

Tap at So Good in Rome. Golden semi clear color with a medium compact white foam. Nose: tangerine and a bit strawberries. Nice. Mouth: clean, pretty strong, you feel the blast of 7%. Massively bitter.

Draft glass @ Beerlovers Bar. Hazy orange, creamy white. Nose is nice classical orange peel, peach, fruity, West Coast old way,… Taste is bit grainy, overripe fruit, grain, sweet overripe fruit, basic, bit too yeasty but fair nice stone fruit format bit mild old school DIPA.

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2018. Il gusto al naso propende per affumicato, frutta passita, orzo tostato e sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è non invadente. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di "buona birra". Il finale è pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di caramello, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, erba, affumicato, mandorla fresca e rabarbaro.

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2018. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso ananas e luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera molto elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, fiori, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, fruttato e frutta a pasta bianca.

Draft at Ammutson during RBVG 2018. Crystal clear bright yellow color solid white head. Nice earthy oniony aroma. Taste is earthy and very flavorful.
