Description
The organic brewing project of Gert Jordens, official since 2010 but active as a home brewer since 1999. Originally the beers were made at the Proefbrouwerij but production moved to Anders (and sometimes Strubbe) in 2013. One of the very few Belgian brewing companies which produce only organic beers; hops are exclusively sourced from Joris Cambie's organic hop farm in Poperinge. Exports 22% of its production, primarily to the Netherlands.

Süßlicher Geruch. Im Antrunk ausgewogen süß-säuerlich, minimal herb, trocken holzig. Röstig, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Wenig hopfig, nicht zu schwer, rund. Trocken alkoholisch (moderat), etwas Schokolade, Lecker. 9/9/11/10/9/10

Süß gewürziger Beginn mit leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung. Weich, süßliche Kräuternoten, kaum herb, süffig. Wenig Alkohol, etwas Knoblauch, ausbalanciert. Gefällt. 9/10/9/9/7/9

Huge almond coloured beige head stayed on a treacle coloured still body. Big aroma of spice, candied fruit,& brown sugar. Medium to full bodied, thick on the palate with a sharp finish. Malt, demerara, dark spirits, dark berries & spicy tastes with a tangy citrus finish

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Light hazy yellow colour, white foam. Not a lot of aroma, light citrus, yeasty, lemongrass. Taste is light bitter, some citrus peel. Nothing special.

Flasche in einem Burgerladen in Brüssel. Farbe und Schaum bräunlich, trüb. Aroma: Karamell, Hefe, Trockenfrüchte, Schokolade. Geschmack: Malz, Karamell, Nuss, Trockenfrüchte. Spritziger Antrunk.
