Description
The organic brewing project of Gert Jordens, official since 2010 but active as a home brewer since 1999. Originally the beers were made at the Proefbrouwerij but production moved to Anders (and sometimes Strubbe) in 2013. One of the very few Belgian brewing companies which produce only organic beers; hops are exclusively sourced from Joris Cambie's organic hop farm in Poperinge. Exports 22% of its production, primarily to the Netherlands.

Bottle. Pale blonde, pours a huge head. Soft malt and Poire Williams aroma. Yeasty flavor with pear. Flowery with a hint of perfume in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Dark amber color. Butter cookies and maple syrup in the aroma. Sharp alcoholic sweet flavor with some distant vinous notes and butterscotch. Oaky aftertaste. Not unpleasant but limited in depth.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Citrus in the aoft herbal aroma. Spicy alcoholic, fairly dry flavor. Just hints of citrus. maybe a bit too spicy, but well made.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Solid creamy off-white head. Malt and caramel in the plummy, almost vinous aroma. Malty sweet, plummy, slightly alcoholic flavor with caramel. Almost full bodied. Nice beer.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Hay and a hint of apple in the aroma and flavor. Thin. Pear, hint of citrus. Light, and a limited character.

Bottle. Gusher. Blonde. Dust and floral notes in the aroma. Floral hopbitterness, orange and soft vinous notes in the somewhat dusty flavor. Thinnish. Not too bad. Thanks Benzai.

Hazy blond colour with thin head. Aroma has light malts and grass. Flavour is slightly oxidised and has a light citric tartness.

Overall it’s a fine beer. But why don’t they even try to make it as good as rochfert, trappist & westve? Much lighterc but more simple grains for abv. online belgian beer
