Hazy yellow color, thick lasting head, cinnamon apple aroma. Flavor is mildly sour with a hint of sweet and tart apple taste. Some cinnamon spiciness. A little bitterness at the end. Would have guessed this was a sour if doing a blind taste.

Single from 604. Canned 10/29/24. pint glass at home within the RB Chatz. Muddled, trying to be clear, dark amber pour. Tall but weak cookie dough foam. Chocolate babka, muddled spice, yeasty bread nose. Chocolate ale. Heavy, enriched chocolate bread yumminess. Cereal base, Cinnamon, warm wood holiday candle smoke, egg yoke savoriness, lingering black peppery spiciness. Frothy, crispy, slight body, middling warming. Another great one.
