Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a two finger khaki foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: coffee roastiness, some coffee sweetness, cocoa powder and/or baker's chocolate, roasted malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together pretty roasty, light toasted notes; finishes pretty roasty and dry
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability, pretty dry along the tongue, light smoothness
Overall: a pretty dry porter but that didn't bother me because I still think I could come back to this.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: gold to yellow color with some transparency to it, two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy to floral hoppiness, light sweet grassy hops underneath, clean malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together semi-sweet with some bitterness sliding in underneath to eventually be balanced; mild finish of some floral hops and the malts
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness along the tongue but also some hop assertiveness to the tongue
Overall: nice enough for a session IPA, I could return to this.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt orange cloudiness, one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: tangerines, light lemon, semi-sweet grassy hop notes, sweet wheat, light tart notes of wheat and light zesty hop spice
Flavor: sweet to tart with a slight zesty undertone, finishes with the tangerines and sweet wheat
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some tartness clipping the tongue but also a good smoothness over the tongue
Overall: pretty good wheat ale I might be willing to come back to.

Very good amber ale, easy-drinking but with a surprising depth of flavor for such a gentle beer. Notes of caramel and toasted bread lead to a modest pine-tinged bitterness on the back end. Tasty pint.

3 month old pint can
A: Clear dark brown with a short beige head. Good retention and sheet lace.
S: Light hints of chocolate, molasses and caramel. Quite sweet.
T: Dry and lightly bitter with earthy and leafy hop notes. A bit of cocoa powder. Very low sweetness.
M: Light and crisply carbonated with a pretty clean dry finish.
O: Tasty though light and crisp enough to pass for an amber. Not bad.

Surprisingly floral, with a perfumey undertone accented by notes of nuts, toast, and apple. Finishes with a modest floral bitterness. Good beer.

Pretty dang tasty dunkler bock, with a cocoa-dusted caramel center mixed with notes of apple, toasted nuts, and bread, with a modest floral bitterness on the back end. Nice pint.

Amber color with a pine resin aroma. Flavor is moderate evergreen bitterness balanced over a sweet malt backbone. Hint of flowers in both the aroma and the finish. Excellent balance, bitterness does not overpower. IPA is not my favorite style but this one is excellent.
