Dry and with a touch of rice-tinged sweetness, followed by white grape, melon, and tropical notes and a modest mineral bitterness on the finish.

Excellent IPA, full of Simcoe juicy goodness, lots of tropical fruit and grapefruit and a touch of peach. Delicious.

Bright, grassy, and earthy, with hints of lemon, white bread, and fresh flowers, followed by yeast and a mild bitterness.

Dry but still offering up a subtle chocolate sweetness, mixed with cascara and roasted malt, finishing a slightly bitter, slightly acidic note. Not bad.

Can. Gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma is mostly grains with a slight fruity whiff. Taste is well balanced, slightly sweet upfront, balanced in the middle with a slight bitter finish.

Can. Light gold in color with a three and half finger head. Aroma has wisps of light citrus fruit, spice and grains. Taste is basically the same.
