Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, weed, pine. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness backed by significant caramel malt sweetness. I was expecting a modern interpretation, but this is an old school early 2000s IPA through and through.

Can drunk at home, thanks to Ken! New 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ - pours black with a tiny tan head. Intense dark roasted and sweet malty, decadent chocolate, layers of sweet fudge, toffee and molasses, full bodied, resonating bourbon and vanilla coalesce into the sweet sticky dark malty finish. Beautiful.

12 ounce can from Binny's Springfield, 2/5/21.Slightly hazy orange, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of leafy, floral hops followed by dry lemon-like citrus. Taste is lemon, soap, green hops. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness. Maybe a tad bit past its prime but still pretty nice.

Can (pour) from trade with AirForceHops—thanks, Chris! Appearance is lightly hazy golden yellow with no sparkle, finger width white foamy head with fair retention and trace lacing. Aroma is fairly traditional West Coast, lightly resiny, fruit and sweet malts. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation, mild alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, I feel like I’ve been here before. Not bad but nothing special.
