Description
The Roue Libre Brewery is the fruit of the passion of a solid team of happy Strasbourg brewers. After having participated for many years in the development of famous Alsatian micro-breweries, and having learned so much there, David and Stéphane get closer and decide to found together a rather special micro-brewery: a Brewpub! This small English-speaking name designates a warm place in which the activities of artisanal micro-breweries and beer bistros blend perfectly. Beer is our passion, brewing our motivation. Brewed and served on draft in a unique place where the brewing and cycling arts come together in every corner.

Draft at the brewpub. Clear golden with white head. Lots of dank hops, papaya, flowery, soft dry malts, a bit of oats. Medium sweet, lighter bitter. Medium bodied. OK, but not really a NEIPA.
