Can thanks to Jack! Pours a clear very pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a combination of straw and light smoke with some hay and light grains backing. Flavor has a nice wooden smoke through the beer with some light sweet grains and a bit of straw underlying.

Bottle share by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark. A lightly hazy golden yellow with ring of off-white head. Aroma is strong tart fruit, barnyard funk, oak. Taste is strong tart fruit, nutty oak, sherry. Smooth, medium bodied, soft carbonation. Not a style I would gravitate to but well made.

375mL bottled 6/28/22, drunk 11/11/23. Clear, warm-toned honey. Small, white head to ring. Not too heavy on the sherry. Light apple, white pepper, paper maché. Strong, fruity Brett with mild lactic acidity and moderate rich malts with good attenuation. Sweet, rich, malty, fruity Brett and peppery sherry. Good lactic acidity. It's sour but it's properly malty and rich. This is really nicely done and a hell of an homage to Zenne (don't know that it is an homage to Zenne, but it could be).

375 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. TY! Aroma has dried fruit, acid and oak. The flavor has sharp acid, mild dry fruits and mild herb hints. Very flavorful and interesting. For a style I am not crazy about, this is nice!

Can picked up at J&B Craft Drinks and drunk at home (08/11/2023) - New 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ bright juicy fruity aroma and taste, some clementine and peach and grapefruit, citrus rind, grassy and piney hops, sweetish pale malts, finish is solid bitter edged hoppy. Nice one, great first impression.

4 pack canned 10/4/23, last can drunk 11/2/23. Turbid, milky pour. Small, spotty, clumpy head. Beer brewed with ground sulfur ore! Love it! Juicy tropical fruit in the flavor with more sulfur and heavy mineral. Soft, round, succulent, malty texture with good attenuation. Could use a bit more bitterness, and maybe just a shade more dryness. There's a touch of resin. That nose is really something though.

Brewery draught, 10/26/23. Dark, viscous, tan head immediately fizzling. Rich vanilla, coconut, mellowed chocolate-like maltiness and little/no roast. Lovely cherry and other light fruitiness but no heavy dark fruit and no alcohol noted. Soft, thick, rich, with lovely bourbon and spiciness. Good attenuation, light vanilla and almost an almond suggestion. Good lord, this is insane! Have these guys been brewing with Side Project?! This is right up there with those. Maybe not quite the absolute jaw dropping barrel elegance, but pretty damn near close. Love the rich, rich, syrupy texture but higher than average attenuation for this style. Lingering almond, cherry, coconut and complex bourbon notes. 500mL bottle the very next day. Wow this is a lot more alcoholic and thinner than the draught I had yesterday....

Brewery draught, 10/26/23. Clear, raspberry-hibiscus. Small, off-white head. Maybe nutty, earthy, spicy hibiscus, light floral notes from somewhere and mild Brett and lacto. Wheat-like grains in the background. Very mellow, clean. No big mineral or funk. Mint, floral notes, light earthiness. Like Arietta, there's minimal sourness (just tart) and no real funk. Odd. What's there is excellently-done and I love these adjuncts, but can't help wanting more funk/mineral and especially more body. These end rather bland, with chewy wheat but not a lot of depth.
