Brewery draught, 10/26/23. Gently chill-hazed, quite darkly-colored copper with some rust tones. Small, off-white head sits at light cover. Gentle hop notes of citrus rind and light, light pine, maybe even some mint. Fruity Brett and mellow lactic acidity with no acetic noted. Very playful and rounded with the dry/bitter of the hops complementing things nicely. Clean, with gentle funk but no big barnyard or anything. Big oak notes up front with hop notes right on their tail. Drying and, perhaps, thinning out a bit through the middle. Lactic and Brett acidity up front steadily trail to a somewhat dull finish with only a bit of hop and oak character lingering. This lighter style, with no real funk does work with the hops, but this feels more of a Dry-Hopped sour than the character I want from a spontaneous beer.

Brewery draught, 10/26/23. Heavily hazy, brass-bronze. Medium, off-white head, moderate retention. Rich peach skin, honey-like malt, lime accents and straightforward tropical fruit. Surprisingly light on the spiciness and only a bit of mineral. Kind of like a Motueka Lite. But there's nothing wrong with it, that said. Soft, malty, good honey-like malt with high attenuation. Lime and gentle melon with a bit of citrus and mild tropical fruit. Peppery finish though very easygoing. Low bitterness. Clean. Super light, easygoing and drinkable.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Thanks to ClarkVV. Batch 4 , Nov 2022. Aroma of mild lactic acid and Brettanomyces. Flavor is much the same with a gentle tart finish. Very refreshing.

750mL bottle, batch 4, Nov '22, drunk 10/20/23. Clear blonde. White head is medium-sized, fading steadily to edge. Mellow juniper-like notes with fruity yeast redolent of stone fruit and tons of mineral. Everything is harmonious, with soft, balancing, rustic grains. Good burst of acidity, with stone fruit, white grape, tropical fruit suggestions and lightly minty, herbal gale notes mixed in to soft, rustic malts with just enough depth and great attenuation. Very polished and well-made beer.

On tap @Grand Delancy. First foray into Fox Farm after I asked the bartender what he recommended. Hazy orange, Lipton sun tea pour, light froth. Sour cherry skin, raspberry acidity, light to moderate foot cheese funk on the nose. Taste is sour cherry skin, apricot sour with heavy tea astringency & a sudsy, strong mineral finish. Great.

On tap @Grand Delancy after a jaunt around to poke at the food stalls. Hazy pale orange, sticky pour. Scent is sticky resin, orange pith, sticky burnt onion, old Chinese food, green weed wacker. Sticky cat mint, foxy, acidic pith but quite bitter veg. Great texture, slurry but generous acidity. Good cold.

On tap @Grand Delancy. Clear, pale gold, thick but waning head. Fresh, floral, weed whacking, strong mineral water. Minerally, bitter green, dark dry crust, hard acid crispy-ness, kinda creamy, itchy black pepper finish. Just a hair too sweet. Kinda-almost good.

ON tap @As Is. Stemware. Hazy, frothy, sticky, pale honey sorbet pour. Earthy melon, not completely certain nose. Taste is more earthy than pithy, sweet tea, bite-y zest on the end. Thin, perfect acid. Sizzling carbonation. Great.
