16 oz draft. Aroma and flavor are a copy. Lemon, grapefruit, and mild grass. Bitterness is mildly grassy. Nice mouthfeel. Nice combo of hops.

Canned 2/22/23, drunk 4/7/23. Clear dark cola, dark-ruby. Dark beige head, small, well-retained. Smells nutty, lots of chocolate and hazelnut. Some soft pine and citrus in there, having had the edge taken off by a month and so in the can, if it ever even had an edge (probably not). Chocolate, pine, citrus, great malt and attenuation. Definitely much like a black IPA. Chocolate and pine, very refreshing. Lightly sweet, lots of floral and pine but no resin whatsoever. There's a slight touch of peanut-like character I don't love, but that's my only complaint. This is definitely the way to do a brown ale.

750mL bottled June 2022, batch 7, drunk 3/18/23. Light, deep blonde. White head to cover. Nose is Dupont through and through. Excellent ester and phenol profile with apple, mineral, cork tree. Clean, bright, lovely. Soft, juicy, bright malty, well-attenuated, peppery and lemony with moderate hops and big mineral. Well this is like a light to rendition of Saison Dupont and it's frickin great. Let's go.

Row 34 draught, 3/12/23. Dark, mahogany gany, clear. Small, light beige head, low retention. Quite smokey with wood and pepper, short of bacon. Hints of caramel and raisin with biscuit, vanilla and light mineral. Soft, malty, dry with moderate toast, though not ending bready. Light pepper, red fruit, lots of wood and just enough maltiness to balance while keeping it crisp and drinkable.
