Canned 2/8/23, drunk 3/10/23. Heavily hazy, bright pineapple-copper-maize-golden. Medium-sized, white head fades steadily to spotty cover and ring. Juicy clementine, lightly sweet sauv blanc and soft, white bread and honey-like malts are all quite delicate for the size. There's no sign of scallion from the Mosaic. Clean and with some rustic grain. No alcohol, flaw or resin. Soft, juicy, big malt texture but good attenuation. Clementine, passion fruit, sweet sauvignon blanc with mango and lots of white bread-like malt character. Maybe pushing it slightly on the sweetness and could use more bitterness, but it's super clean and juicy with excellent, complex flavors. Pineapple, clementine, spicy mosaic notes lingering.

Canned 3/1/23, drunk 3/10/23. Heavy haze, peachy-tangerine-golden. Large, well-retained, white head. Nose is rustic with heavy, heavy mineral and light sulfur. Juicy, lightly sweaty Citra producing light spice and tons of fresh squeezed orange juice. Clean, lightly malty (honey, biscuit, white bread) with no alcohol or flaw noted, nor any resin. Well that's insane. Soft, malty, well-attenuated with dainty honey-like character and fresh-squeezed citrus. No lack of bitterness to balance and doesnt bog down with creamy-thickness on the end. The hops themselves are perfect. Juicy, spicy, fresh citrus, clean and crisp with an almost watermelon-tint to it. Reminds me of some of Hill Farmstead's better IPAs, which is about as good as it gets.

750mL bottled Dec 2021, drunk 3/6/23. Pours a mostly clear, peachy-brass-golden. Small, off-white head showing moderate retention. Lovely nose shows both barrel/oak and wild culture with moderate lactic and light acetic notes. Some fruity bretts and sacchs with low saison character - more of an American wild ale feel to it. Soft, deep malts adding rustic grain with light honey and bread. Clean, no alcohol noted. Soft and almost juicy with plentiful acidity though not punchy or vinegar-like. There's some light acetic though no bile-like character. Very fruity, playful, effervescent and soft, well-structured maltiness with good attenuation. Pepper, cherry, oak, vanilla, lingering lactic acidity.

Burk från Fox Farm. Klar, kastanjebrun med ljusbeige/smutsvit krona. Rökigt, torv, charkbricka, lägereld. Nötigt, lätt maltig sötma, en lätt chokladig ton, beska. Gott.

Brewery draught, 3/3/23. Clear, light copper-bronze. Small, neatly-retained, white head. Pine, flowers, pears, apricots. Nice and bright. Not bogged down by typical WCIPA hop grossness. Some sweat, apple, paper and a touch of oil/acid giving off an almost fish fat character. Idk. Soft, juicy, malty, crisp, balanced, never toouch pine or resin. Low bitterness for style, hell, low bitterness period. Caramel, vanilla, honey. Clean, soft, well-attenuated. Lingering honey dew melon, sweat and star fruit.

Brewery draught, 3/3/23. Lightly hazy, canteloupe-bronze-gokden. Small, spotty, white head, moderate retention. Saison yeast front and center and very unmistakeably Dupont (or is it Blaugies :)). The Brett and other critters only come out lightly on the end allowing it to be a classic saison first and foremost. Soft, malty, more Brett and higher acidity in mouth than nose. Rather tart with unripe, acidic apricot skin and light Buddha's hand and kumquat. Soft and malty, clean and attenuated. Wish there was a little more Sacch here in the flavor but the tartness certainly isn't excessive. And man, that nose.....
