Canned 1/11/23, drunk 5/21/23. Dark mahogany, clear. Large tan head, moderate retention. Nose smells nutty, roasty, chocolatey. Classic, American porter, low hops, no apparency. Clean. Soft, malty, rich roast, hazelnuts, vanilla, chocolate and coffee beans. Sweet, but drying on the finish. Lingering bread and acidity with strong roast throughout but a very solid base malt depth and good attenuation. Robust, intense, flavorful, malty. Roasty.

Row 34 draught, 5/16/23. Clear dark mahogany. Tan head slowly to cover. Alright, that's gonna work out nicely. Yeah, some Amaro, some bourbon, some porter, some Belgian and wild yeast. Some a lot of things....yet it's not crowded. Prune, raisin, cherry, vanilla is prominent. Definitely light acetic, not unwelcome as it balances the dark malt notes. Clean, clear, complex, interesting. Soft malty, acidic with prominent acetic and lactic notes yet with big cherry, caramel, Amaro and soft, supple malt textures. Excellent barrel character traceability. Can really follow what they said they did here.

Can thanks to Jack! Pours a clear light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw with a growing hay presence and a bit of earthy grass in the finish. Flavor has hay throughout with a wet hay note and a bit of grass in the finish.

Undated can (older, but fridge stored), drunk 5/7/23. Cloudy bright peach-golden. White head is medium-sized, shows pretty good retention. Nose is classic banana, white bread, honey and a bit of peachy-citrus. Not too heavy on the bubblegum or clove, thankfully. Soft, malty and with a chewy wheat character featuring good amounts of soft fruit esters including peach and mild lemon. Bright and snappy, good attenuation, low bubb gum, low clove.

Eli Cannons draught, 4/30/23. Mod hazy, small, white head. Peach, mineral, white wine. Soft, juicy, lotta mineral. Huge mineral, spicy marijuana. Soft, juicy, spicy, attenuated, balanced malt and bitterness. What a surprise, FF makes another insane beer...

Tip Tap draught, 4/20/23. Heavily hazy, bronze-maize. Large, well-retained, off-white head. Fruity, juicy, somewhat yeasty. Cracker and white bread-like malts support gently. Some pineapple-mango. No resin/pine/alcohol. Pretty straightforward NEIPA of the new wave variety, which I find a bit too punchy (pineapple, melon rind), boring (white bread-like malt) and too unbalanced (extremely low bitterness). That said, it's FF, so it's going to be as good as it gets for this style, and is. Clean. Lingering melon, spice, hint of sour citrus.
