On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is grass forward with a bit of light pine, some hay and a touch of straw backing. Flavor has a nice crisp grass and slightly bitter pine with a backbone of straw and a hint of hay.

Utepils Pils Draft half liter Pils glass at Utepils Brewing Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is cereal grain and bright herbal and grass hops. The taste is the bright hop notes, particularly the grass, balanced with bready cereal malt and a good dose of mineral to the finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the dry mineral finish. Nice Pils.

full pour at the taproom. this dunkel has the characteristic malt but it is also much drier than most of the style, and also has a prominent grain taste, in additional to a mineral-flavor character.

At the taproom. A very plain beer. the fruit is very light, as are the hops, and the overall flavor and aroma generally. Sadly it brings nothing to enjoy. Some berry in the finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Rosy Cheeks on 20 Feb 2021 at 14:05 - Score: 2. Original review text: Very light fruit beer. A little berry in the finish.
