On tap at Utepils, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is legit, with soft wheaty notes, light lacto, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is dry, wheat and lightly tart, with plenty of slime and seltzery dry finish. Correctly made; not one of those sweet or lacto bombs that pollute the market these days. Good stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of hay with a growing straw and just a hint of grass coming through. Flavor has hay and grass with straw and a touch of sweet bread underlying.

Draft/Fest. A- Weed. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Banana, cove, gum. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly unbalanced finish. O- Aroma was off putting but taste was nice. Okay at best. Wish I would've tried more from them.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good slightly earthy smoke with some sweet grains and a bit of bread supporting. Flavor has smoke throughout with light sweet grains and a touch of bread in the finish.

On tap at Hilton in Minneapolis. Pours clear light golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Soft malts, doughy, mild grass, lemon. Very good, clean and crisp.
