On tap at Tønne, Leicester. Autumn brownish red and clear with little head. Leafy, herbal smell with light orchard fruit notes. Lots of toffee in the gently tart taste, I'm also getting notes of cherry in the long finish. Soft carbonation. It is an understated beer which I enjoy a but more as it goes on. Perfect for a cold November evening.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's Tap Room, Bethnal Green, London, 26 July 2019) Hazy amber colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, unripe grapes, mushrooms and a fresh acidity in the finish. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, slightly funky. Nice one.

500ml bottle shared with Mark whilst brewing an apple saison. Been a while since I've had a Chorlton beer, and this is a great one to come back to. Hazed dull orange appearance, minimal head. Aroma is bright, fresh, crisp, fruity. Taste is super crisp, excellent clarity of fruity flavours, good sour edge with layered wild yeast nuances. Very good indeed.
