As still WFH and I likle the stats am adding on historical ticks. When the brewery first opened they were giving away samples at a local garden centre, where I tried this. CASK and Kitchen. Easy drinking.

Bottle, 0.66l. Aroma of saffron, wine, cereals and ripe fruit. Pours cloudy golden color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet biscuity and sour vinous, follows by saffron, aniseed and ripe fruit, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy. Light to medium body, oily texture and flat carbonation in palate. Interesting, but expected even more...

Bottle 0770. Damn this is something. Pitch black, basically flat. Smell of sour bourbon. Tastes sour, with a good dose of tannins, almost seems red wine BA behind some bourbon. Leathery, woody, cherry. Extremely complex. Heavy, yet balanced. Awesome.
