Hand-pulled half-pint at the Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 7th May 2019. Easy drinking Mild, dark brown with a lightly tanned head. Malty aroma and taste with a caramel sweetness to the fore. Hops taking a back seat throughout with just a hint of bitterness in the finish.

Clear dark brown with small head. Aroma is malt, little roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and bread. FLavour is malt, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, medium sweet, little dry and a little bitter.

14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours clear mid brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of malt, toffee, hops, fruit and chocolate. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Light spice and liquorice coming through in finish. Quite decent brew.

14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours clear bright gold with a bubbly creamy off-white head. Aroma of hops, grass, straw, citrus and grapefruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight watery and oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Light, easy drinking, with some lasting bitterness to finish. Nicest Everards I've had.

14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours slightly cloudy pale gold with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, lemon, grass, flowers and vanilla. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Light, refreshing, very nice aroma but did fade a bit.

Half-pint, cask at Barley Mow in Leicester. Clear amber coloured body. Decent lacing head. Moderate smell of brown mals, hints of biscuit. Taste of caramel, biscuit and moments of oily hops, Rounded mid-sweet ending. Okay. (In friendly company with Finn and jjsint, 11.02.2019).
