Description
Founded in 2007, Ascot Ales was bought by Chris Davies in 2017. Together with his son, Conor, they rebranded to Ascot Brewing Company and have since launched a secondary, multi-award winning, craft beer brand, Disruption Is Brewing.
In 2020, we built a formidable 8,500 sq. ft Brewery and TapHouse, which boasts a massive mezzanine bar with 20 taps, and hosts all types of events from beer festivals to comedy nights and corporate events to private parties.
We believe beer is the social glue that binds communities together. By brewing remarkable, flavour-bursting beer and offering unrivalled, memorable experiences, we want to push the boundaries of what’s possible when great beer and people unite.
This means we need to be bold, and we need to be big.
In November 2019, we moved to an 8,500 sq. ft warehouse, built a massive 2,500sq. ft, 20 tap taproom, increased our brewing capacity and launched an innovative craft beer brand, Disruption is Brewing. Later they completely abanded the Ascot branding.

Bottle with Craig, consumed at mine 09-04-10 picked up at Bellingers, Jet Garage, Grove, Nr Wantage, Oxon, April 2010 Very strange aroma that comes across as a weird sort of mixture of washing up liquid and heavy spice, Fairy should take a sniff of this and consider a new product for their line-up. Pours hazy brown, taste is strange (like the aroma) but not dislikeable, its far too heavily spiced in truth, with cloves, nutmeg, star anise and all sorts of weird and wonderful stuff coming through, ok so its a bit overkill and does numb the tongue from time to time but I actually don’t mind it for all of its faults. With regard to the spiciness Its a bit like the equavalent of me making a good curry and going "oh shit did that say teaspoon, bugger Its got a tablespoon now", so its got too much but it can still taste ok and this does, just! Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Deep copper in colour with a brilliant ruby red glow and a scummy beige head; rich aroma of roasted nuts; the flavour has more roasted nuts and just a hint of chocolate; then some gentl hops lead into a creamy dry finish. Excellent.
