April 2018: 500 ml bottle, from Aberdeen Country Fair. ABV is 4%. Pours moderately sparkling, pale golden colour. Aroma of apples and ginger. Refreshing flavour, sweet apples (but not too sweet) and fairly distinct ginger. Even more refreshing with ice cubes.

Bottle at Curly Coo, quite busy on a Monday night in March in Stirling city centre. Clear red with a blush glow and a light carbonation. Sweetened red and dark berry fruits are quite heavy in both aroma and taste, masking its low strength, although essentially not sweet in design.

Bottled@Littlepub, Vaasa. Deep golden colour, minor head. Aroma is sweet apples, some apple jam, mild wooden tones with some slight whisky and vanilla to it. Flavour is very similar elements, but feels a bit thin as for the palate. Could do with just a wee bit more alcohol to it.

--Cask at The Lawrence Arms, Southsea. -- Clear golden, no head. Fruity nose with rope apples and mild peat. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel, still. Ripe apples, some peat and oak. Warming finish. Not much depth, but the whisky cask lifts it.
