Cask at Great British Beer Festival 2012, Olympia, London. A dark ruby brown coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Roasty, fruity aroma. Tastes fruity, blackberry, bitter, dry. Intresting but I found this A little hard going.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, wooden and a bit farmyardy. Flavour is leathery, mild nutty and wooden notes along with some earth. Toasted and leathery aftertaste.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Yellowish golden colour, not too much head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and quite bready malty. Flavour is similar in a nice balance. Nice floral and sweet malty aftertaste.

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Light haze on this amber beer. Big cream coloured head. Light palate. Semi dry. Appley notes swimming in insipid pale malt. Dry finish. Bleh!

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet Bf 2012. Ruby colour thin beige bubbly head. Strong blackberry aroma i mistook as bleach to start with. Good fruit. Some hedgerow. Andrewc said narrow in mouth but that i put down to the acidity of the fruit. Interesting. Very hedgerow. Interesting

Bottle 500ml. @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled. Cloudy dark brown, small head. Milky nose. Some coffee and blueberries, spritzy mouthfeel. Low bitterness. As always blueberries are too lame to work in beer, although this is a decent example.
