Handpull cask at Broood, Leicester. Dark broen and a little bit translucent with a small ring of beige head. The aroma is surprisingly light, with hazelnut and toasted coconut to the fore. Taste is sweet, sweet, sweet, with loads of coconut. There's a deep Marmite-y savoury note near the finish, adding another complexity to the brew. Flat, oily body. Might be too sweet for some but I love it.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, dark malt, chocolate, roasted, light cocoa - vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Pours a clear bright gold colour with frothy loose white head. Aroma is a fruity, zesty citrus, pink grapefruit and tangerine. A sweetish biscuity malt taste with citrusy hops and a citrus peel bitterness in the finish. Very nice.
