Cask at the CP&K, 07/09/16. Light back with a decent tan head. Nose is tangy dark fruits, light peppery spice, charr, liquorice, toffee. Taste comprises bitter stewed fruits, lactic tang, fruit loaf, light cocoa, toffee, spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a lactic whisper. Decent.

Cask at the CP&K, 07/09/16. Amber to brown with a decent off White head. Nose is biscuit, straw, brown bread, toffee. Taste comprises biscuit malt, earthy hops, critic infuse, caramel, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Solid enough for style.

Cask at the Snooty Fox. It pours clear golden with a medium, bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, peach cobbler, grapefruit, lemon & ginger, appletiser and white grape. The taste dry, bit hit of bitterness, grapefruit a plenty, lemon peel, lychee, straw, grass, pine, resin and earthy with a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fresh and bitter. Pretty impressive stuff. Grade A cask hop juice.

Cask-conditioned at the Hopbunker, Cardiff August 2016. Deep gold in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Citrus hops, sweetish, cereal malts, some fruity sweetness and a dryish finish. Good.

Cask-conditioned at the Hopbunker, Cardiff August 2016. Medium brown in colour, which led to queries as to whether this was the advertised beer - the landlord confirmed it was. The beer had plenty of citrus and pineapple notes, crisp malts, some caramel sweetness and a dryish finish. Good.

Cask-conditioned at the Hop Bunker, Cardiff, August 2016. Copper in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Slightly peppery hops, sweetish, slightly bready malts, red berry and tangerine fruits and a lingering, dryish finish. Good.
