Bottle. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry, decent carbonation. Soft and dry pale malts, not that sweet. Hops are floral with a little orange peel and mild pith. Mild bitter linger. Has a certain something that keeps it from being a plain jane.

Fox & Goose Summer Beer Festival 2016. Clear golden-blonde coloured. Hoppy in the main, some sugarinness, and a light bitterness in its finish. Rochdale Beer Festival 2017. Found a light but sweet fruitiness this time and a palatably clean texture.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 28th June 2016. Crystal clear gold with thin decaying off-white foam and scant lacing. Nutty malts and yeasts in aroma with orange peel. Zesty citric in-mouth with fruitiness of Muscat grapes. Superb bitter hoppy finish with plenty of fruitiness. Medium-bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask @ Craft Beer Company, Clerkenwell, London. Clear copper-gold with a thin head. Has a dry pale ale character with a minimal fruitiness, but a very palatable texture for its strength.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A light golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Hoppy, floral, tropical fruit on the nose. Tastes quite similar, hoppy, floral, tropical fruit. Decent.

Cask at the CP&K, 22/06/16. Golden copper with a decent light beige head. Nose is caramel, toasted malt, bitter orange, straw, light pine needle, juicy hop exhaust. Taste comprises orange pith, airy malts, biscuit crumble, caramel crunch, toasted bread, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a good spattering of hop bitterness. Solid cask amber ... quite aggressive hop bitterness.
