Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.
We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. No mention of hops on the label. 4.8%. Hazy, gingery amber. White, bubbly head. Intriguing, raspberry ripple ice cream aroma. Some spiciness too. Some herb also, possibly sage? Taste is Campari bitter, with a burnt sugar sweetness. Dry, fruity finish. Lovely.

tap@The Hack&Hop, London (last of the keg/half given freely, thanks) - murky/amber pour with a small white head. Punchy hoppy taste, citrus fruits, mandarin, lemon, prominent pine needles, sweet caramel malts, sweet start with good bitter finish. Great first impression from this brewer.

Bottle at home, 7th December. Elderflower comes through, fairly watery sort if beer, not getting too much orange. Not great
