Bottle at home. Pale as elderflower lemonade. White head. Sweet malts, lemon concentrate, lime juice,, light yellow gummy bear. Medium sweet and light bitter. About medium body and average carbonation. It’s been a while since I had a radler. This tastes pretty ok I think. Bottle shared huge thanks to sjogro. Clear bright golden with good sized white head. Massive cardboard, dust, bitter herbs, chalk, metallic notes, wort. Quite some wort actually. Under medium sweet and long lasting medium strong bitterness. Over light bodied.

Pours light orange, hazy, with a huge foamy head. The aroma is typical Weizen, lots of banana, bubble gum. Taste is white bread, banana, bubblegum, clove. Medium bodied, refreshing, some light hints of water at the finish. Nothing extraordinary, but a solid example of the style.

Bottle sampled at Craft Clerkenwell. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, malt, corn notes, wort and light cardboard. Flavour is above light sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle at home, probably from German getrankemart. A really decent lager, slightly hoppy, slightly drying. Decent. Re-rated, this time as Rothaus Pils, 500ml bottle from same shop. Slight aroma of flour. It has a nice palate this beer, quite milky smooth. Better than most pislners but still nothing mind blowing (3 to 2.7). Re-rated. Back to Tannenzapfle. 330ml from german supermarket. A decent pilsner where the hops are allowed to stand out. Back from 2.7 to 3.

Bottle at the Exchequer, Crookham Village. Served in a branded stein. Eggy, peppery aroma. Bright gold. Thin but creamy white head. Light bitter, with some sourness. Watery. Soft with a soda water-esque carbonation. Good for a 0.5% ABV, for a start it doesn’t taste like dishwater. But overall little going on taste wise.
