On tap at Community Beer Co, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and somewhat dank hops, with gentle tropical fruits, and sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, rich and balanced, with a wonderful tropical fruitiness, plenty of piney hops, light dankness, some resins, and sweet biscuity malt to provide a chewy backbone. Perfectly balanced, getting the best of that hop expression. Excellent.

Half pour @ the source. Plastic cup... Amber, chill hazed, seriously frothy. Grainy nose with some floral honey & barely any orange. Could be better. Taste is bitter lime, bitter orange, some residual honey, but the bitterness keeps scaling. Okay.

Short pour at the source. Mostly clear cranberry, kinda still. Nose is a bit watermelon & cherry Jolly Rancher mixed together. Taste is tart, some raspberry, some watermelon, some grape. Nothing sweet, just bold fruit juices & a heavy malic tartness. Think acidic fruit punch mixed with tonic. Sloshable, but nothing great here.

Short pour @Community. 7% edition. Opaque, sorta clear Lipton tea pour. Still? Smells medicinal. Hot lemon & whiskey on the stove with tequila fruitiness thrown in. Tastes of half & half lemon tea with some stiff booze. Half flat, stuff & pretty oxidized. It's giving me a headache. Meh.

Short pour @Community. Hazy & more of a very dark brown; dirty lace. Warm, woody, slight cola, toast. A sharp burnt lemon note upfront, sooty char, lightly scalded toast, lots of fruit. Frothy. Lingering earthy bitterness. Too acidic & sharp. Okay to good. Just not what I was expecting.

Short pour at Community. Mostly clear amber, tons of sticky lace. Leafy bitter nose, bold resin, tea. Taste is super pithy & nearly sweet with grapefruit, lemon & pine. Good bit of a of acid in this too. Stiff & strong, but thin & crispy enough to make it. Very good.
