Dfw Saucer, 2/15/23. Lightly hazy deep amber-auburn. Large, expansive, beige-butter head, great retention. Spice, caramel, cookie, buttercream, juicy cherry and old fashioned. Clean, malty, not resinous. No booze. Cherry-orange hops as they combine w the medium malts. Soft and succulent, good attenuation. Great spiciness. Nothing like the oniony mosaic back east. Lovely.

Good, nice amount of 'dank'.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours a clear copper / bronze with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subdued, with earthy hops, some pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is forceful, with lots of piney hops, some resins, light sweetness, some dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Dank, piney and assertive, with a relative dryness on the finish. Excellent.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours an opaque milky yellow with a small white head -- looks like the worse of hazies. Aroma is unpleasant, with yeast soup, chalk galore, and muddled dank, earthy hops. If it looks and smells like that, what chance does this have? Indeed, the flavour is unpleasant, with extreme overripe fruits, stone fruit pith, chalk, and yeast soup. This isn't good at all.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours a clear bright ruby red with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright red berries and a touch of lacto that's buried beneath the berries. Flavour is dry and fruity, with almost entirely fermented out red berries, low-level lacto, wheat, and a touch of citrus. Dry, fruity and highly drinkable. It doesn't really strike me as a Berliner, but for a berried kettle sour, it's not bad. Solid.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh graham crackery notes, with vanilla beans, cinnamon, and English bready malt -- that's quite pleasant. Flavour is dry and spicy, with a nice complement of cinnamon and vanilla together, with dry English bready malt. This is surprisingly nice and tastefully done. Dry, cinnamony (but not overboard), with nice accentuation of vanilla. Really good.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out a very nice balance of roasted malt and piney, earthy hops. Flavour does not disappoint, bringing out an expert balance of roasted malt and piney hops, with plenty of earthiness and just enough sweetness to hold the bitterness in check. Now this is a great double black IPA. I miss this style. When it hits, it sure is fantastic.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours a clear dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of the oak spirals, along with earthy, piney hops, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is hoppy, oaky and dry, with plenty of oak spirals, earthy hops, biscuity malt, and bitter pine. There's some resinous oiliness in there too. Oaked IPAs usually don't go too well, but this is done tastefully and doesn't bungle up the hops. Very good.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours a clear copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of tequila barrels, with a pronounced citric and agave character. Flavour is pronounced by the tequila barrels, with plenty of barrel character dominating without being too abrasive in my opinion. There's a low-level saline character, with a bit of salt thrown in. Contrary to the previous two raters, I think this is very nice.

On tap at Community Beer Co, pours an opaque peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, some dankness, a bit of chalk, and some stone fruit pith. Flavour is very juicy, with lots of tropical fruits, stone fruit pith, some dankness, and a touch of chalk. It's very cloudy, with minimal hopburn -- the juiciness is very nice. Solid stuff, but I much prefer the Green Edition.
