On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a pale golden with small white head. The aroma is strong cinnamon, vanilla, pastry. Medium body, pure sugar, vanilla extract, decent.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Denton, TX. Pours a hazy gold color with an off-white head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. As expected, smells like a grainy lager with a slight vanilla aroma. Similar taste. Tastes like a smooth cream ale with a little sweetener added. Crisp mouthfeel. Not much golden ale or funnel cake flavor really, but still refreshing and enjoyable.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Denton, TX. Pours a clear orange-amber color with a tight beige head and very good retention. good lacing. Caramel malts aroma. Toasted caramel malt-forward flavor with a crisp bitter finish. A good blend of sweet and bitter.

Can at a hotel in Dallas. Pours a clear gold with a finger of off-white foam that lingers. Lovely bright citrus aromas with faint pine and dank notes. Crisp and clean on the palate, abv hidden well and super drinkable. Great citrus flavors with a non-invasive malt character. Smooth finish with more pine and citrus. Great all around IPA.

Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours near black with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark grains and bourbon with a touch of bitter roast supporting. Flavor has earthy dark grains, earthy roast and a bit of bourbon booze backing.

This has bourbon in the aroma and the flavor. Some oak and vanilla. Moderate roast. This is ok.

A recent purchase from the craft beer store in Odessa, it came in a company-packaged six-pack mixer with Citra, also a new one to me. I think Community Mosaic is outstanding, let’s see if it spills over to Yessir. A 12 oz can is poured into a snifter, a bright gold liquid with a strong top of white bubbles and active carbonation. The nose is lemon and tropical. The taste comes through as grass, pineapple, tangerine, straw and water. Light, palate cleansing and easy to drink.

12 oz. can purchased in San Antonio, TX. Pours a dark raspberry jelly color with a small fizzy pink head and poor retention. No lacing. No aroma. Tart raspberry jelly flavor. No other flavors. Thankfully, not super sour, but I'm not into tart beers. Not really beer.

Actually advertised as a triple IPA, no rating category for that. I purchased a four pack of this brew at The Cellar in Odessa, TX a couple of weeks ago, been waiting for someone to review it first. Not happening, I'll go instead. Love the 3D pattern on the can and 16 oz., ready to go with that. It arrives a rich, caramel-amber with a decent egg shell brown head which settles to a skim. Scent of pine and honey. A truly great taste, malt, pine needles, peach, melon and I definitely get the Mosaic hops. 12% abv, where is it? Not obvious. A very good beer, I compare against Community's Mosaic. Just better.
