Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a very dark reddish-brown with minimal cream head, The aroma is mainly malts with hints of alcoholic strength. In the mouth, it is bitter and smoky with dark fruits, roasted malts, alcoholic strength, molasses, liquorice and traces of liquorice. Finish is rather boozy. Very nice – one to be sipped slowly methinks !

Gravicask, 1/3 pint, shared with Finn at GBBF Winter '23. Black in the glass, bubbly surface, dotted spots on the glass. Dark malty aromas, nicely roasted, inviting. Coffee-chocolate flavours, hints of dark fruits. Roasted malt-driven close, soft on the swallow. Easy to drink and quite alright. (Burton upon Trent, 17.02.2023).

Delt med Rune på GBBF Winter i Burton-Upon-Trent. Svart. Mokkafarget filmskum. Aroma av søt røstet malt. Smaken lakris. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.
