Flaska från SB. Gyllengul klar vätska med högt stabilt skum. Fruktig doft med välmogen persika, gula plommon, säd, ljust bröd, honung och lite jäst. Stor och generös smak, lätt fruktig men framför allt brödig men söta men också friska smaker, lite blommig och med en lätt lite gräsig beska på slutet. Farligt drickvänlig. Mycket gott.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Ganddal 15.02.19. Translucent dark hay colour. Foamy and persistent bright white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet pilsner malt, grassy hops and mild spices. Quite refreshing

Shared 750 ml bottle, ABV 6.0%. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of Belgian ale yeast, mild spices and rum cask. Spicy flavour with notes of rum cask, not too sweet.

Notater fra en hyggelig RBHD-kveld i Ovesens flaske museum feb-19: 0,75 flaske fra Belgisk Bryg. Klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Krydder og sødme i fin balanse. Mild bitterhed i afslutningen. Blød og indsmigrende.

Bottle at a tasting. Loads of sweetness, loads of traditional tripely spiciness present, which in turn means not a beer for me. Apples and the weird typical tripel barnyard mix. Good per se, not for me.

From the 75cl bottle. Gold with a white, frothy head that lingers. Aroma is grassy, dusty, just a hint of bubblegum. The pils malt is noticeable and the overall feel is pilsener meets belgian ale. Taste is moderately bitter with notes of peppercorn and clove. Medium body, balanced carbonation. Subtle tones if you look for them. Good.
