Can. Hazy gold beer, very big pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts, an ephemeral creamy sweetness. Limey Motueka, a little cooling pine, both obvious but there is also a mild flinty taste. The airy back end brings a hop spice nibble. Obviously Motueka but there is other things going on here, the flinty taste and some soft bubblegum esters on the back end. Just needs a little refinement for me but enjoying the undeniable Motueka assault.

Can from Wales Ales. Pours black with small beige top quite. Aroma of peppermint and chocolate which dominates. Taste starts with dark malts then peppermint and chocolate dominate strongly again. Finish is roasty with some sweet lactose. Medium bodied, drying, fine carbonation. Nice peppermint burps. I like mint chocolate but a whole 440ml can of this is too rich. It is good and would be great for sharing.
