Cloudy dark blond colour, creamy head. Aroma of ripe fruit, including strawberries, sugar, alcohol. Dry mouthfeel, the malt/oats base is not impressive, the hopping is not bright, there is just some harsh resin and pithy bitterness. It tastes like old beer.
Low tier within the category, not very pleasant.

Hazy, dark straw sort of colour. Not much head. The aroma has a lot of peach in it, smells kind of artificial tbh. On the palate, this is quite sour, with big peach. Maybe a touch of salt, but like a lot of the soured fruit goses, the salt element isn't all that much of a thing. I like it, though.

Pours a very nice deep beige and dark black body, rather muddy it seems. Very good cherry aroma and chocolate syrup, channeling the Black Forest cake spirits very well. Flavour is a nice chewy coffee with soft cherry notes, good dry finish but not bone dry. Still working very well, full and flavourful.

Very nice solid foam and cloudy yellow body. Good passionfruit aroma, juicy and slightly sweet, yet still restrained. Flavour is a subdued citrus affair, saltiness, slight grain. Passionfruit shows up in the finish and ends refreshing. Not a sugar bomb gose but thoughtfully constructed.

Really good foam on a stormy medium gold body. Soft rancid grain aroma, slightly sweet, soft quiche notes. Flavour is nice rustic grain, slight yeast, soft coriander. Smooth, a little subdued though.

Nice deep orange body with a reddish hue, good foam. Soft floral hibiscus aroma, mellow malt and slight hop hints. Flavour is very hibiscus forward, slight sour tartness, very little on the hoppy IPA side. Soft cloying aftertaste. A good example of too much being done with too little being done well.

Pours with big foamy head and a deep murky bright orange body. Nice bright piney licorice aroma, a little soft though. Flavour is plenty of sweet licorice, slight pine. A little wet but ends refreshing. Not bad, a mellow yet tangy approach to the style.

Good clear gold body and nice foam. Mellow sweet weedy lager hops on the nose. Chewy sweet hop flavour, soft cardboard, heavy bitter lemon hops. Okay oiliness. Some okay elements but still a very forgettable lager.

Got this can out of the discount bin at a local liquor store. I'm surprised I haven't seen this before, given how many trips I've made to the Coast since it was released. Has that usual opaque dullish pale colour. No head. Fruity hops and yoghurty tartness - yup, it's a tart ISA all right. Moderate bitterness and moderate tartness. The fruity hops aren't as prevalent on the palate as they were on the nose. Decent body. So a simple tartness and a fair bit of fruitiness. Could call this a hoppy DH sour, but tart ISA works just as well. Decent balance.
