On tap at il Punto. Pours a clear yellow with a medium head. Aroma is rich caramel but quite clean, a sweet but rather clean tripel. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty, sweet, noble hops, light bitterness. Lot of sweetness, and the candied fruit comes through with time. Finish is bittersweet, balanced. Very drinkable tripel, well done, light Christmas theme. Good job.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours partially hazy, pale gold, with limited white foam. Aroma is a nice herbaceous. Body is kind of on the thin side, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter. Final is kind of short. Overall, very fresh and drinkable.

Draft at Craft Beer Festival, Forlì, Italy. Pours transparent gold with fluffy white foam, very persistent. Aroma is weird, smelling like medicine. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderate in sweetness with good bitterness. Finish is regular.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold with medium white foam, fine. Aroma is hoppy, pineapple, piney. Body is fairly dense with average carbonation. Taste is mostly bitter, just a little bit of sweetness. Finish is fairly persistent with bitterness.

Tap. Astral Beers, Bologna. Gold. Mostly clear. Messy, glossy, lasting, white head. Nose has clean malt. Cut peach. Some piny notes. Taste is pithy, mineraly bitter. A little grassy. Light and a little dry on the palate. Brisk carbonation. Light bitterness to finish. Reminds me of Kernel pales.

Cask at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours pale blonde, pretty hazy, with a persistent small head of white foam, very fine. Aroma is lemongrass, a little spiced. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with delicate bitterness and a tiny hint of sour. Finish is short and clean.

All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di liquirizia, pane nero, orzo tostato, caffè e vinoso. L'intensità olfattiva è molto elevata ed elegante. Il modo in cui permane è pregevole e lunga. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone scuro è destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. La carbonazione è bassa. Il liquido è di colore scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante e articolato. L'amaro è carico. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma porta note di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, amaretto, nocciole tostate, luppolo, resina, pino, frutta secca e alcol presente non invadente.
