12oz bottle. Kind of nails it for the style. Big cinnamon, vanilla. The barrel gives it some depth, warmth...whereas without it would be too sweet and one dimensional. A little of that icing flavoring, which gets tiring. Probably most enjoyable in smalls pours. Very drinkable for the ABV.

12oz bottle. Rather unique, sort of a barrel aged Imperial Porter. Considering its name, I don't really get that big of a barrel tone at all. Vanilla keeps it sweet, smoothing it all out I suppose. Good, but a little too much Porter, too little barrel. Base Porter is probably quite nice as well.

Bottle. Pours clear mahogany, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is caramel, cinnamon, bourbon, vanilla, frosting. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium light body. Not bad.

Aromas are dark malt, dark rape fruit, a little molasses and a hint of taffy. Flavors are very similar to nose just much more intense. Sweet bitter tart. A little warmth in the finish. Good sipping.
