Bottle. Clear deep brown body with a nice, medium sized, lacing beige head. Not often seen this kind of head with beers at this strength. Strong, good malty aroma with caramel and dry fruit. Very pleasant in flavors as well, smooth, sweet dark malt, caramel, dry fruit, decent bitterness and boozy alcohol in some kind of pleasant warming way. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. What a surprise!

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a medium sized white head. Aroma is mild fruity with hint of malt and marmalade. Flavor has a distinct malt base, with moderate fruitiness and bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nice take on a classic IPA, but not quite there, miss some freshness and more distinct bitterness. Otherwise an easy drinkable, uncomplicated beer that’s probably a god match with food.

Well stored bottle. Black body with a small beige head. Strong and pleasant aroma of dark, roasted malt, coffee, dry fruit, caramel and some warming alcohol. Flavor is sweet, roasted malt, dry fruit, coffee, warming alcohol and smooth bitterness. Surprisingly smooth all over actually considering the high alcohol. Fin body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice one.

The barrel storage messed up this one big time.
Way to much wood and nail polish remover
Would have been a fine beer if you dropped the Woodstock mess

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.4%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of malts, herbs and nettles. Citric mouthfeel. Flavour of decent and herbal German hops throughout, on a sufficient malt base.
