Bottle. A dark brown beer with a small beige head. Gentle aroma with some roasted malts, dark chocolate and a touch of alcohol and dark dried fruit. It's full bodied and warming, softly carbonated and semi sweet, with a very gentle bitterness. Lasting finish. Quite nice indeed. 241228

Junction Road store Aromas are lots of malt, toffee, oak, whiskey and a little molasses. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose. They start out slightly tart with very soft carbonation. Add in some coffee and lots of cocoa. Just right bitterness. Very smooth. Mildly sweet finish. Interesting.
