750ml Bottle - Pale golden with a foamy white head. Floral aroma with notes of elderflower, lemon and grapefruit. The taste is slightly grainy at first but then floral and fruity notes take over including elderflower, white grape and some hints of citrus. Refreshing and nicely balanced.

500ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 23. Clear golden amber pour with a large off-white head. Herbal hop nose, profile brings a fresh herbal hop sweetness, some green hop, with lasting grassy impressions. Quite sweet overall. Is it good? Not sure if this is the intended result, but it's a fine sipper.
