750ml corked bottle. Pours a clear gold with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick curtains of lace. Mild aroma of slightly toasted pale malt, yeast, pear, floral hops and faint oak. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, honey, lemon, pear, yeast, white wine, spicy hops and faint oak in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Surprised at some of the low ratings. I found this to be tasty and slightly complex. ABV is well hidden, making it dangerously easy to drink.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter nice flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Clear dark golden beer with a big off white head. Aroma of yeasty malt, grains, spices. Taste of mild caramelized malt, biscuit, herbal malt, spicy hops. Moderate bitterness.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, nectary and some mild elderflower tones. Flavour is floral, elderflowery, some mild nectar and a bit sweet malty elements as well.
