3 Monts Bière de Flandre je snažno, zlatno pivo u stilu Bière de Garde, koje dolazi iz sjeverne Francuske, blizu belgijske granice. Ima izraženu voćnu i kvasnu aromu s notama kruha, začina i zrelog voća, dok u okusu balansira blagu slatkoću s finom, suhom gorčinom. S 8,5 % alkohola, ovo pivo nije za brzinsko ispijanje, već za polagano uživanje – najbolje uz rustikalnu hranu poput flandrijskog gulaša ili zrelih sireva. Unatoč jačini, ostavlja dojam elegantne složenosti i tradicionalnog karaktera. Idealno je za one koji cijene bogatstvo europskih pivskih stilova.

Bière achetée chez Leclerc, dégustée à la maison. Robe dorée légèrement trouble, belle mousse blanche, assez persistante. En bouche, on retrouve la texture typique d’une saison, souple et légère. Nez discret, avec quelques notes épicées douces, pointe levurée. L’ensemble reste assez simple, un peu timide en arômes. Finale courte, sans surprise. Bière correcte mais sans éclat — une saison de soif, basique.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, coarse head. Grainy nose with licorice and ripe fruit. Quite sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and peppery with grain, spicy, floral hops and warming bitter finish.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta cristallino. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cracker, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, mandarino, mela verde, erbe aromatiche e frutta passita.

Bière dégustée en terrasse un jour de grand soleil à la guinguette de Lambersart. Robe blonde, mousse fine et éphémère. Nez discret, avec quelques notes d'agrumes et de fleurs blanches. En bouche, c’est léger, facile, avec une pointe houblonnée qui réveille l’ensemble sans dominer. Amertume douce, finale courte mais rafraîchissante. Rien de complexe, mais elle remplit bien son rôle : désaltérante et parfaite pour l’été.
