Bière de printemps de la brasserie 3 Monts. Robe dorée légèrement voilée, mousse fine et persistante. Nez malté avec une touche florale et des notes d'agrumes discrètes. En bouche, on retrouve une base maltée typique des bières de garde, rehaussée par une légère amertume et des accents herbacés. Ce n'est pas une IPA extrêmement exotique, mais on en retrouve quelques marqueurs, habilement mêlés au caractère du Nord. Une belle exécution, même si ce n'est pas la spécialité d'origine de cette brasserie.

Bottle at home, thanks to my family for this. Pours dark copper with huge head. Nose is yeast, malts and slight fruits. In taste the notes are more pronounced and clear, grains, yeast, some wood and moderate booze come through, this latter mainly in the finish. Has medium body and a bit too much carbonation. Pleasant brew.

dark amber color, big frothy head. Aroma of malt, and slight skunk. FLavour is very malty, and bready. It’s not bad, but its not amazing. pretty middle of the road.

Oh, we have a gusher!!! as soon as i popped the cap, it came gushing out. Very dark brown pour with a very large ample head. aroma is sharp, and odd, its a sour like metallic aroma, with loads a diacetly. The flavour is also odd, more diacetyl, and some off sour fruity notes, wow, this iis all over the place, and not very enjoyable, its leaving a nasty sickly sweet aftertaste in my mouth, there is some sweet malt, but its being dominated by all the odd nasty flavours, wow, i dont like this at all.

very lager/pils looking, bright golden color, but a huge head with really nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is quite hoppy, with a good maltiness to it. Flavour is very much like a pils, good malt, good hops, nice balance, but kinda boring. But the fact that this is 8.5% and there isnt a hint of it anywhere, is impressive.

bright golden color, huge frothy head, really nice lacing, and carbonation. grassy grainy aroma. flavour is malty, grainy, and there is a booziness in the finish, along with quite a bit of bitterness. meh, i’m not loving this.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, erbaceo, agrumi, mela, erbe aromatiche e frutta passita.

Удивительно неприятный аромат. Запах очень спертый и сырой. Удивительно но вкус диаметрально противоположный по удовольствию. Он достаточно резок на хмелевую горечь. Пиво весьма сладкое- карамельное. Собственно больше никаких оттенков я не заметил. В послевкусие есть весьма чувственная горчинка.
