Bottle at home from Csakajó, kind of an LCI. Pours deep opaque golden with white head. Nose is beautiful, refined tart fruits, a touch of lactic acid and some brett as well, a touch of wood too. Taste is sour, and I mean really sour with hints of guava, some brett and that woody touch again. Very well balanced and nicely layered. Closes with a long lasting fruity sour character, has light body and soft to average carbonation. Nice and round, highly enjoyable but also sour as fuck.

Bottle shared with Nari and Undos.

Bottle 2015 vintage @ Chmielarnia, Marszalkowska, Warsaw May 2018. Quite clear orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma is acidic fruit, berries, malt, vinegar and wood. Flavor is quite dry, acidic fruit, ripe fruit, mild malt, some vinegar, wood, funk and vinous. Fine body and dry, acidic fruity/vinous aftertaste. Very nice.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours an opaque red, with orange hues, and a small white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is loaded with raspberry, and a solid lactic tartness, with some light citrus, and funk.
Mouthfeel is solid, slightly fuller than expected, with a standard carb. Finish is mouth puckering sour. One of the most sour beers ive had in a while with some lactic notes to round out the solid raspberry tones, and some soft sweetness in the end. Really enjoyable.

Murky brown pour, hugs beige head. Night vinous Aroma, loads of grapes and dark fruit. But also some light hints of mint, fresh cut apple skins and some bready, yeasty malts. Mouth feel is nice and carb is soft. Finish is nice and tart, but I wouldn’t call it sour. Some great fruit notes with the brown sugar malts. Quite nice, the fruity notes go well with the vinous grape, and lactic tart notes.

750ml bottle. Murky Orange pour, with a medium off white head. Aroma is quite tart, strong lemon, coriander and lactic sourness. Very effervescent carb, and a nice lively mouth feel. The finish is very tart, lots of funky notes, lemon zest, light spice and a strong round raspberry finish. This was really nice.

Murky brown pour, small beige head. Aroma is incredibly sour dark cherries, strong balsamic vinegar, big, earthy oak, and earthy barrel. Vinous red wine notes, big sour, and funk. This is whay rodenbach wishes it could be. Pretty Impressive stuff. Puckering sourness, light funk, loads of incredibly sour fruit, mostly cherries, loads of barrel goodness. Wow.

Cloudy brown pour, huge beige head. Incredible funky, lactose, fruity Aroma. The sour is strong. Lovely mouth feel, soft carb. The finish is incredibly fruity, especially cherry, and apples, with some woody, earthy barrel. As it warms the sourness gets more pungent and strong. Incredible wild ale.
