Tap at the brewery - dark ruby with a tan lace - aroma and noze have an almost peaty, earthy smokiness to them which is quite pleasant - some notes of spice, tobacco leaves, mineral, bittersweet chocolate - some lingering smoke in the finish - decent, but the texture is a bit watery and there is a slight extract homebrew kind of quality that I get from a lot of their beers.
