Bottle 37.5cl. corked & caged @home poured into a tulip glass. Sour nose. Slightly hazy pale amber colour, good moussy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma brett, green apples, goose berries, horse blanket, lemon, lemon grass, some vinegar, wood notes. Fruity taste medium sour and light sweet, green apples, brett, barnyard, unripe peach, lemon, woody notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, rich and elegant, well-balanced, light spicy notes, bit salty, excellent!

[19/2/23] Bottle at Nüetnigenough in Brussels. Clear deep golden-orange. Barnyard, oak, fruitiness, flowers, sour and slightly sweetish, lively carbonation.

33cl bottle from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold, light hazy. A: rich malty, apples, banana, bit citrus, floral, spicy. T: medium to full malty base, banana, citrus, spicy, green apples, bit honey, decent bitterness, smooth mouthfeel, medium to high carbonation, quite delicious for the style, enjoyed for sure.
