Bottle from Beerdome. Bit floral, spicy yeast, some citrus, peppery notes, grainy malt. Mild to medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Fine Tripel, yeasty, floral and a bit fruity.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 13 Sep 2025) Golden colour with brief head. Fruity nose with funky yeast, oak wood, apples, citrus and sweaty socks. Fruity, tart taste with notes of oak wood, citrus, rhubarb, elderflower, funky yeast and barnyard. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Complex and quite funky, with a generous woody acidity. Very nice.

Very good, just off-white head, stable, over veiled orange-golden beer. Leather polish, horseblanket, Bretts, farmyard, green apples, seafruit, acids. Mineral-dry, farmyard. Ultra-special, mineral-hardboard, faintly hard pears (rather than the apples from the nose); leather, sawdust. Light to medium bodied, with some acidthinning; very well-carbonated, slick. Mind-blowing original flavour (this dry, crisp minerality), never before in a gueuze. I'm flabbergasted. And delighted.

Amargor escaso. Agradable sabor malteado, levadura presente y notas frutales

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear dark golden with fluffy white head. Yoghurt, oak, peach, dusty basement, oak leaves, soy milk, soft vinegar, canned tangerines, light caramel. Over medium sour, medium sweet. Full bodied. Quite weird, typical Herberg leaves and yoghurt. Not bad but not my favorite.

375ml bottle picked up in Brussels. It pours clear rich gold with a thick, fluffy and sturdy head. The aroma is fresh, spritzy, zingy, lemon - lime, gooseberry fool, crunchy white grape, kiwi fruit, some custard, light vanilla and creme brulé. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, minerality, puckering, zingy, slightly lactic, touch of acidity, sherbet, gooseberry, white grape, granny smith apple, bright, musty, white wine, mellow funk, damp hay and oak with a bone dry finish. Medium body and moderate, effervescent carbonation. A lovely gueuze. Lovely, bright and balanced, with a good depth of flavour. What's not to like?

750ml bottle pours light haze over a ring of white head. Funk, armpit, light candy, medicine cabinet. Flavors same. Bright. Lemony too. Tight, just off dry. Felt a pinch back sweetened or maybe just the jung lambic showing. 8 9 9 8 9
