Bottle (backlog 2014). Pale, slightly unclear golden body with a small, lacing white head. Aroma is refreshing av fruity with coriander and fruity yeast. Flavor is also light and refreshing with citric fruit, coriander and yeast. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite nice, not very complex Wit.

Bottle, slightly cloudy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is sharp, and slightly pungent, with a touch of funk, and alot of wet hay, dried grass, citrus peel, light pepper, and some crisp pale cereals. nice mouth feel, lively carb. Medium bittterness, crisp, and slightly spicy, semi dry, with subtle fruit, and vinous notes. excellent stuff!

Bottle at the beer bistro in Toronto.
Hazy ornage/yellow pour, small white head. Nice aroma of bready malts, some sweet malts, with a good dose of floral grassy hops. There isnt much funk or pepperiness going on, the carbonation was quite low, and the mouthfeel was a touch syrupy. This was a little dissapointing. The hops are gone, and the carb is low. Would have loved trying it fresh.

Sweet bready malt, roasted nuts, sweet hazelnut, brown sugar. Medium carb, medium bitterness. Sweet bready malt finish, and an intense nuttiness. Interesting beer, but not my thing. Flavor got a little overpowering.

Big aromas of dark ripe fruits, raisins, plums, and some big thick bready malts. Waves of caramel, boozy fruit cake, pudding, and the rosemary surprisingly comes though a little in the aroma, and it adds some depth of earthness to the flavor. A light bitter finish, with a pleasant sweet malty finish. A grea sipper.

2009 bottle, thanks Ryan!

Pours a deep brown, looks like flat cola. Aroma us super complex! Oak, dark fruits, plums, figs, dates, vanilla, mollasses, brown sugar and booze. Flavour is very rich, the alcohol warms and actually tingled. The carb is super low but works well. Super complex but so enjoyable. There is a great sweet brown sugar vanilla finish that sticks and us wonderful. Amazing stuff!

version 2009.
amazing aroma of funk, sour cherries, and oak. Incredible flavor of sour cherries, sour funk, and that great wet hay you would get from a world class lambic. I’m super impressed with the beers ability to duplicate that amazing lambic sourness and funk. Incredible beer! in my opinion on par with a cantillon lamic.
