Draft at SAVOR. Poured a mostly clear crisp looking clear lager with a small white head. Aroma was grassy, with light, sweet malts. Nice trips crispness, really pleasant stuff.

Draft at SAVOR. Poured a hazy, bright orange color with a very small white head. Aroma was really big peach fruit. Light tartness, but not overly sour, more like a light funky character. Solid peach character. Delicious beer.

Pours deep mahogany into a tulip. Tan head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Tart raspberry and oak aromas. Soft and tart with dark raspberry, cherry skin and pith upfront turning to dry cabernet and oak in the lasting finish.

After quite a bit of years of hunting, and waiting to open this, I finally had my chance in 2022. Pours a clear blonde, very small white head. Scent is full on American (balanced, high quality though) tartness. Citric, elegant, yet intense. Very fresh - after all these years ! Fruityness is mild. Taste is full, super elegant and fresh. Citric, mild peach. Perfectly balances, harmony is legendary in this one. Medium acidity. Wood, full on intensity, yet so , so damn elegant. I could hardly believe it myself iif I wasn't actually drinking this, but this one shows litterally 0 signs of (negative) age factors. Waaw, this white whale didn't dissapoint at all !
