Pint can. Spicy Belgian yeast aroma with notes of bready malt, white grapes, apple, lemony citrus and grainy malt. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that burned off quickly leaving some lacing. Starts with brwady malt, white grape and lemony citrus flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with apple, grainy malt and spicy Belgian yeast flavors. Quite nice.

Capped 11.2 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours orange gold with a transient white head. Lychee for aroma. Med minus body. Somewhat sweet. Not enough bitter to balance, tho there's a light spice/tang. Flavor is very lycee, not really getting wheat. Maybe some white grape.

Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark red/maroon color with a finger's worth of pink foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet and tart cherries with a light toasted almond sniff in there and a sweet leathery tone underneath that
Flavor: encompasses a great blend between sweet and tart qualities and adds in a delicate vanilla underneath; finishes cherry sweet and tart and dry
Texture: light to medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but in a dry sort of way; good carb level
Overall: a nicely done Belgian fruit beer I would welcome again.
