Poured from the tap. Clear amber brown with small beige head. Lots of caramel, stone fruit, only a hint of peat and whiskey. A bit sweet and lacking much depth. Edit: as the beer warmed up the whiskey notes really developed and came through. Still not amazing, but upped my rating from 3.1 to 3.3

Good hazy yellow and okay foam. Nice chewy tangerine on the nose, some fresh pineapple juice. Taste is soft pineapple zest, hints of vegetal hops, ending quite dry but also quite empty. Some saccharine notes would help amplify what's going on. Not bad, but it seems like something's missing.
