Had this at The European Beer Festival, Kobenhaven, 12-09-08. Never took the strength of this beer down so I hope that I’ve got the right beer of the two wheat’s that they do as no one else seemed to rate it at EBF. Poured hazy golden almost lemony with white rim around the edges. Some nice soft blunted wheat flavour’s, light sweet sherbert and finishing with some boiled sweets, nice beer.

(Bottle) Amber colour with lasting, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of caramel, toasty grain, honey, apricots, orange and slightly citrussy hops. Malty taste with toasted malt, caramel, nuts, orange and a rather short finish with balanced notes of citrussy hops. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Balanced and nice.

Hardly any head, but what little there is is offwhite. Hazy amber body. Faint floral fruity aroma with peach notes. Dry-sweet floral fruity taste with wooden tea notes. Dusty, soft, mild mouthfeel. Dry dusty floral tea aftertaste. Nice. Very good for the alcohol. (0.3l draft at Lord Nelson as Herslev Mini Pale Ale.)
